Consultation

To produce a strategy that truly represents the needs and aspirations of North East England, effective engagement and participation in developing the North East Strategy is essential.

As well as the statutory consultees, we aim to engage with a broad range of stakeholders from the public, private and voluntary and community sectors, as well as the wider region.

By drawing on the extensive knowledge, skills and experience available to us, we can make a better strategy for our shared future and reflect the distinctiveness of North East England.

The conceptual framework shows the broad range of issues that will form the North East Strategy.  We will engage across spatial areas with organisations that have expertise or interest in, or across these thematic areas.
